Project Overview
Khadhok invites applications for a collaborative mural project in Delhi, bringing together three artists to create a single, cohesive public artwork to be completed in time for Tibetan Uprising Day (10 March). This project places strong emphasis on collaboration and collective artistic exchange, while honouring each artist’s distinct visual voice.

The mural will be a fully collaborative artwork, developed through one month of joint concept development and realised as a single, cohesive work with shared responsibility for concept, design, and execution.

We invite artists to engage deeply with the theme, moving beyond surface-level or symbolic representations. We are interested in contemporary, reflective interpretations shaped by personal experience and brought into dialogue through collaboration.

What to Submit
Please submit the following via Google Forms link below:
- Theme-related material: 1-3 coloured rough sketches (early-stage visual ideas; no final designs or finished works).
- Optional: A short written note on your inspiration, current themes, or or approach to collaboration.
- Portfolio: PDF or link, including a short artist bio and statement.
- Website / Social Media: Link to your website and/or social media profile.

Three artists will be selected by a small jury of artists and Khadhok team members based on artistic quality, conceptual engagement with the theme, and how their practices could meaningfully complement each other in a shared mural.

Open Call (1-15 January) → Artist Selection (by 20 January) → Collaborative Concept Development (late January-February) → On-site Mural Execution in Delhi (27 February-10 March)
Important: Selected artists must be available to be physically present in Delhi during the on-site execution period.

Support Provided
- Artist honorarium: INR 25,000 per artist
- Travel support: Partial support up to INR 10,000 per artist
